The view from my room at Hotel Alpenroyal was amazing. Waking up to the sight of the majestic Matterhorn right from my bed was a dream come true. The large balcony provided the perfect spot to soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The spa area, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The hotel team was accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and offered fine views. I had a perfect stay at Hotel Alpenroyal and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the funicular to the ski station and the Sunnega area, making it easy to access the slopes. It is also just a short walk to the center of town. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a nice view. The breakfast offers a variety of options and good value for money.

The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it is not a major issue considering the limited time spent there.

The room had a spacious layout and provided a fine view. the hotel offered transportation to and from the train station, making it convenient. The staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast was satisfying, and the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere for relaxation.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The value for money was incredible, especially considering the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from my room. The hotel is situated on a hillside just above the center of Zermatt, allowing for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony where I could sit and marvel at the stunning Matterhorn view. And let's not forget about the breakfast - enjoying a delicious meal while taking in the glorious mountain view was the perfect start to each day.

The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was simply breathtaking - the highlight of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind, friendly, and professional. The hotel had a convenient location near the ski lift and provided a heated indoor pool and spa with stunning views. The spacious apartment and extra toilet were a plus, and the Swiss craftsmanship in the restaurant and bar was beautiful.
